You have 30 days to return items, unworn and with original tags, from the date your product is delivered for a full refund, exchange, or for store credit. No questions asked and shipping is on the house for domestic orders that were $98+! Simply email email@example.com and we’ll send you an electronic return label for domestic orders that were $98+.
Your order not your best fit? You have 30 days to return the unworn item from the date your product is delivered for an exchange. Free shipping available on up to one exchange for domestic orders that were $98+.
Have a product malfunction such as a hole or tear? You have 365 days from when you purchased to exchange your item for a new one as long as it’s still produced by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid for 365 days from the purchase date, not from when receiving a replacement pair. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your new pair to arrive. Customers are responsible for shipping fees back to ZipFit. ZipFit covers the outbound shipping to the customer.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to return international orders for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping costs.
All items on sale are final.
All underwear sales are final (Includes boxers and socks).
