Stress-Free Return Policy
You have 30 days to return items, unworn and with original tags, from the date your product is delivered for a refund, exchange, or for store credit .Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 business days for credit card processors to apply the return credit.
- A $30 restocking fee will apply to any pants returned with a center back alteration, leg taper, or special alterations outside of a hem.
- Return shipping is on the house for domestic orders that were $98+! Simply email email@example.com and we’ll send you an electronic return label for domestic orders that were $98+.
Your order not your best fit? You have 30 days to return items, unworn and with original tags, from the date your product is delivered for an exchange or receive re-alterations.
- Free shipping available on up to one exchange for domestic orders that were $98+.
- Exchanges will ship out within 5-10 days of ZipFit receiving the exchange or piece requiring re-alterations.
- For tailoring requests beyond 30 days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for current tailoring rates.
- Any re-tailoring requested more than 30 days after receiving an order, will be charged to the customer at tailoring costs. You can inquire further about tailoring cost by contacting email@example.com
- Once an order has been retailored, it is non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Have a product malfunction such as a hole or tear? ZipFit customers enjoy a 6 month warranty on their jeans, which covers up to one replacement.
- You have 6 months from when you purchased to exchange your item for a new one replacement as long as it’s still produced by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, not from when receiving a replacement pair.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your new pair to arrive. Customers are responsible for shipping fees back to ZipFit. ZipFit covers the outbound shipping to the customer.
- You have 30 days from date of delivery to return international orders for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping costs.
- Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- All sales of gift cards and e-gift cards are final.
- All items on sale are final.
- All underwear sales are final (Includes boxers and socks).
