ZipFit Shipping Policy

Orders placed November 22, 2018 - December 5, 2018 will arrive before Christmas (no later than Friday, Decemeber 21st). Place by December 5, 2018 to receive by Christmas. Orders placed December 6, 2018 - January 6th will take about 3 weeks to arrive.

For standard non-holiday orders, please allow 2 weeks for domestic delivery (includes alterations and transit times). Orders will be placed the next business day.

We provide free UPS shipping on all domestic orders that are greater than $98.

We provide one free shipping back to us for returns & exchanges within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders that are $98+. A re-stocking fee may apply. Please see “Returns” for more information. Tags must be attached and the item unworn.

We ship international orders via USPS/DHL unless otherwise requested with an additional charge of $20 for orders under $200. For international orders from $200-$400 the shipping fee is $10. Shipping is free on international orders over $400. However, the customer is responsible for VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. Prices for these fees varies per country so do your research on these fees prior to purchase.

For Illinois customers, shipping is optional. You may choose to pick up at our showroom located at 832 W. Superior St, Suite 202, Chicago, IL 60642. If you choose this option, please call us at 312-361-3495 or email us at fitexperts@zipfitdenim.com and we will remove any shipping fees associated with your order.
